Where do you ship?

Currently orders ship to US only, but I plan to offer international shipping soon. Sign up for email messages and follow us on Instagram for updates!

How long will my order take?

My current processing time is 5-7 days, depending on when you place your order. This means it can take up to one week from the time you place the order until it is left at the post office for delivery. I do not combine multiple pending orders. Packages ship on Mondays so any orders placed after Monday will ship the following week.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once I ship your package, I am not responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All packages come with a tracking and are shipped through USPS. Please contact your local post office and file a claim to resolve delivery issues.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Accepted Answer

I do! Shipping insurance is automatically included for packages under $100.

If your package is over $100, I HIGHLY suggest you purchase extra shipping insurance. I have a listing available to purchase extra insurance for $5.
