refund & cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Please purchase responsibly. Refunds will only be provided in the event a piece is damaged in shipping, on a case-by-case basis.

Please provide the following when emailing us at heydesiree.yt@gmail.com :

•  the name on the order

•  your order number

•  photos of the damaged product

Refunds will not be provided if :

•  the name or order number does not match

• you changed your mind about your purchase

•  you are dissatisfied with your purchase

•  you do not provide photos of a damaged item within 5 days of delivery

• your order gets lost in the mail

 

PLEASE NOTE: After shipment leaves our facility, heyDesireé is no longer responsible for packages.
